Production
This

cut to within 4/1000th of an inch tolerance,

Thermwood™ multi-spindle CNC routers

all shaped hardwood components. An advanced

Edge™ uses video cameras and lasers
to scan hides, identify flaws, then nest
and cut leather parts.

The latest technology from Humantech™ has allowed this manufacturer to replace our entire pattern inventory and eliminate the very labor intensive hand-cutting process. They now have a fully automated leather cutting department. This machine provides superior accuracy and reliability over other methods: it has proven five times more efficient than hand-cutting. This manufacturer was also one of the first companies to adapt cellular manufacturing techniques for upholstered furniture.

Warranty
In addition to Circle Furniture's pledge to stand behind our furniture, this manufacturer provides a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and suspension of our furniture. The furniture is also warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, other than frame and suspension, for five years from the date of purchase. All sleeper and recliner mechanisms are warranted for three years (5 years on our Style in Motion and Comfort Sleeper series mechanisms) from date of purchase.
