Where can I see prices
for Ekornes® and Stressless® products?As
an authorized Ekornes® Retailer, Circle Furniture is unable
to post prices on our web site. Ekornes® has
a "Minimum Retail Price List" which Circle
Furniture does not exceed.
If you'd like to know a price for any Ekornes® or
Stressless® product, please e-mail or
call any Circle Furniture store.
How
do I know which Ekornes® and Stressless® items
are availablefor
viewing at your stores? Our
inventory changes from time to time. If you're
interested in any particular frame(s), you may
call the store that's
most convenient for you or send an e-mail to
inquire about floor sample availability.
How
long does it take to receive my Ekornes® or
Stressless® furniture?Although
Ekornes® furniture
is made in Norway, Ekornes® has
a large warehouse in New Jersey.
Circle Furniture also stocks select frames
at our Acton warehouse. If
your piece is in-stock at the Circle Furniture
Acton warehouse, it will be delivered at a time
that's convenient for you and when we're in your
area.
If the piece is in-stock at Ekornes'® New
Jersey warehouse, we expect a four week lead-time*. If
the piece is coming from Norway, the expected lead-time*
is sixteen weeks.*As
with all back-ordered furniture, our lead-times
are estimates based on the best of our knowledge.
Do
you deliver out-of-state?Yes! Circle Furniture delivers
anywhere in the United States (and beyond!). To
inquire about approximate delivery fees, please e-mail
us.
May I pick up my furniture?Furniture
may be picked up from our Acton
warehouse during business hours. We suggest
you call ahead to allow for assembly time.

I purchase a Stressless®
Chair without the Ottoman? Or just the
Ottoman without the Chair?Yes. However,
Ekornes® does encourage
that chairs and ottomans being used together in
order to acheive the ultimate comfort benefits
available. |
