Genuine leather is warm
and inviting and one of the few materials to
improve with age; continued use enhances the
comfort of leather. Like all natural materials,
no two pieces of leather are identical. Even
the same hide has shade differences due to varying
density levels of the material’s
fibrous structure.
Additionally, there will be distinctive
marks from barbed wire nicks, branding, scratching,
and insect bites. These provide a distinctive
personality for each piece of leather. Only true
leather can boastthese marks of nature and therefore
are not considered cause for a warranty claim.
Most stains are removable. If you purchased a
leather protection plan, please refer to the warranty
and call the 800 number for more details. We recommend
calling before attempting any repair.
