If furniture is in-stock at our
Acton warehouse, the furniture may be delivered
within days (on a pre-determined day when our delivery
team is in your area) or picked-up from our warehouse
during business hours. If not in-stock, furniture
takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 weeks to arrive.
Most upholstery (sofas, loveseats, etc.) takes
approximately 35 days to arrive at our warehouse.
To find out if a piece of furniture is in-stock
or to inquire about its estimated lead-time, please contact
us.
Circle Furniture is proud
to offer a lot of furniture that's made here
in New England. We work with several small, family-owned/run
furniture shops in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont,
and Massachusetts who make beautiful casegoods
(dressers, tables, beds, etc). Our upholstery
(sofas, loveseats, etc.) is manufactured in
other states, such as Ohio and North Carolina.
Ekornes® furniture is made in Norway and some
of our other furniture is manufactured abroad.
Our furniture is competitively
priced every day and thus we don't host in-store
sales. All five stores have select floor samples
marked down throughout the year. Floor sample availability
varies from day to day, store to store. We also
show a small selection of marked down items on
our web site's Outlet
Center. While
we're confident in our fair prices, we are happy
to price match with any retailer located within
35 miles of any of our five stores.
Circle Furniture hosts two warehouse sales (usually
Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends). Our warehouse
sales have hundreds of items, including slightly
damaged, discontinued, and returned merchandise,
as well as floor samples from the stores. This
furniture is marked down 10% - 60%! To advertise
the warehouse sales, we send a postcard to our
mailing list and an e-newsletter. To receive our
private e-newsletter, join our Inner
Circle program.
We deliver nation-wide! We accommodate furniture
deliveries in Massachusetts and beyond.
Delivery fees are dependent upon the destination.
Local delivery (within Route 495) is $75 (for one
piece of furniture or an entire truck load; a few
very large pieces of furniture require a special
delivery - delivery fee may vary). We have pre-determined
delivery fees for areas surrounding Massachusetts
. Long-distance delivery fees vary; contact
us for more information.
Yes, we bring the furniture into your home, assemble
as needed, and place it where you want. We ask
you to clear the area prior to our arrival, as
well as any obstructions our delivery team may
encounter when carrying the furniture into your
home. We are unable to move or remove your existing
furniture, due to liability issues.
We do not remove your existing
furniture (except mattresses – please
arrange for removal when scheduling delivery).
The Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless
is happy to take furniture donations and will
pick-up furniture in the Lynn, MA, area. Contact
them at (781) 595-7570 x13 or visit www.mahomeless.org.
Yes, we offer interest-free
financing for 90 days. A 30% deposit is required
to place the order. Once your furniture is delivered/picked-up,
your 90-day interest free period begins. Furniture
not in-stock could take anywhere from 2 – 8+
weeks to be delivered which adds to your interest-free
period.
Applications are available at all five Circle
Furniture stores. We require a valid driver's license/state
issued I.D. to process your application.
