Delivery times vary by product and availability. In-stock, smaller items are shipped via UPS within 2 days of placing an order. If merchandise is not in-stock, we will inform you of the estimated lead-time.
When ordering an item online or in the store we will give your an approximate time frame for your order to come in. If there are any changes to that time frame we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note: if your order is not being delivered to our local area there will be additional time needed for delivery. Please call our delivery department for details.
Circle Furniture is proud that much of our furniture is made here in New England. We work with several small, family-owned/run furniture shops in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts who make beautiful casegoods (dressers, tables, beds, etc). Our upholstery (sofas, loveseats, etc.) is manufactured in other states, such as Ohio and North Carolina. Ekornes® furniture is made in Norway and some of our other furniture is manufactured abroad.
Our furniture is competitively priced every day. All of our stores have select floor samples marked down throughout the year. Floor sample availability varies from day to day, store to store. We also show a small selection of marked down items on our web site's Outlet page. While we're confident in our fair prices, we are happy to price match with any retailer located within 50 miles of any of our stores.
We deliver nation-wide! We accommodate furniture deliveries in Massachusetts and beyond. See our delivery page for more information.
Furniture items purchased in our stores can be delivered anywhere in the United States. Local white-glove delivery is 5% of the order with a minimum of $199 and a maximum of $599. Some products are required to be disassembled in order to fit into a room or up the stairs and that requires an extra fee. All local deliveries are handled by Circle Furniture and will be scheduled when the furniture has arrived in our warehouse. Long distance delivery depends on location and you may contact us for more details or calculate delivery at checkout if shopping online.
Yes, we bring the furniture into your home, assemble as needed, and place it where you want. We ask you to clear the area prior to our arrival, as well as any obstructions our delivery team may encounter when carrying the furniture into your home. We are unable to move or remove your existing furniture.
We do not remove your existing furniture, but we partner with two companies that can help you!
We're proud to partner with Resupply, a Veteran owned and operated company, to service your furniture removal needs. Resupply will pick up your items and donate them to a local nonprofit of your choosing. Your pickup will be tax deductible, plus Resupply can pick up additional items like gently used household goods or clothes and guarantees same week service.
