I have a BFA in Textile Design from UMass, and I’m passionate about helping clients find the perfect solution to their design challenges, big or small. I believe there are no “design rules” because there are always exceptions. Each space is unique and should be a combination of aesthetics and comfort. I love Circle because of our focus on color, locally sourced high-quality items, and customization options. Outside of work, I like to spend time with my husband, my children, and my new grandson. I also love going for walks, hitting the gym, and dining with friends and family.
I’ve been with Circle since July of 2016. I have been working in the interior design business for over 10 years, creating timeless spaces for my clients. My favorite part is seeing a customer get excited as we choose fabrics and finishes and figure out how it will work together. The highest compliment I can receive is when clients tell me their home finally looks and feels like them. Outside of work I love entertaining with family and friends, playing with my dachshund, Candee, and working in my garden.
"We came into the store a few weeks ago and met Ann Marie who helped us with the specs for a bed frame. After many questions from us over the next few weeks and all the right answers from Ann Marie and her associates, we finally made a purchase of the bed frame and a few other items too. We are happy customers due to very good customer service!" - Connie S.
As a certified interior designer, every client and project is an exciting new adventure. I enjoy playing around with colors, patterns, and textures to create a room that speaks to you. Circle Furniture allows me to focus on the design aspect, knowing that each piece of furniture I recommend is of impeccable quality and backed by uncompromising customer service. When I’m not designing, you can find me solving puzzles, watching movies, or embarrassing my teenage kids with my funky Bollywood dance moves. I can’t wait to start a new design journey with you.
"Fantastic knowledgeable and personal service by Richa. She took a lot of time to help us find exactly what we need. Delivery will be awhile but it’s worth the wait. Excellent, high quality assortment." - Dan W.
I started working for Circle in September of 2018. I went to school for fashion merchandising and then went on to work at Anthropologie creating window displays. Growing up I always had an artistic eye, but it was when I bought my house that I knew Interior Design was the direction I wanted to go in. My design philosophy centers on making the client comfortable and happy in their space. Outside of work I love spending time with my children, doing family activities, and hiking.
"I went into the store without any appointment and was able to work with Alisha. She had some great ideas and worked with me to choose custom dining chairs which I have been struggling with. Alisha was so pleasant and very easy to work with. The experience was very comfortable without any high pressure sales feeling." - Nancy A.
My favorite part of the job is helping my clients select color, getting them to think outside the box, and having fun with color and patterns. My design philosophy is eclectic and incorporates many different styles. On my days off, I'm working on my antique house, hanging out with friends and family, going to the Brimfield fair, gardening, and spending time with my very handsome and demanding English Bulldog, Nigel.
