There really is a difference between ordering something online and working with a designer at a store. My experience at Circle Furniture affirms for me that there really are times when its best to go to a showroom, see floor models and get help in real time. Karen was so helpful and patient as I considered my choices, and her expertise made such a difference. I'd highly recommend Circle to anyone looking for quality furnishings and excellent service.

Being able to actually sit on the sectional I was interested in and to borrow fabric samples was so important in making my purchase. Staff at the Framingham store were wonderful in helping me decide and in placing my order. Sectional and sofa were delivered on schedule and look exactly as I wanted. I have already recommended Circle Furniture to friends and will continue to do so. Great style, great price, great service.

Sales help was excellent. We tried out quite a few recliners, and the 2 finalists were at Circle and one other store. We visited each store several times, and the Circle folks were always very patient and helpful. Delivery services were excellent (both times - see below) - professional, on time, and quick. Support was excellent. We noticed almost immediately that, although pretty comfortable, the seat and back of the recliner seemed a bit light on the cushioning. We notified Circle, and they readily agreed to pick up the chair, replace the padding, and re-deliver it. That all happened more quickly than we were expecting, and they did a great job on the repair.
