Design Consultants

Circle Furniture is looking for individuals with retail sales experience who have an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for design, and love to "own their business." They know how to achieve results, appreciate the selling process, and value customer service. If you have the mindset and passion, we have a design consultant position available for you!
  • Build your business by prospecting with new and existing customers.
  • Demonstrate design skill, professional communication, and follow-up skills.

  • Must have excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Two years proven retail experience desirable.
  • Design experience or degree helpful.
  • College degree or college coursework preferred.
  • Ability to dress for success in a showroom environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Warehouse & Operations:


Warehouse Associate

Circle Furniture has a full time position available on our operations team! The warehouse and transfer staff is responsible for transferring high-end furniture and accessories to and from our 6 retail stores located in the greater Boston area and our main headquarters in Acton, MA.



  • This position spends 70% of their time on the road. The transfers consists of bringing new floor samples and merchandise to our store for display. This entails moving and rearranging furniture in the store to accommodate new merchandise and removing floor samples for clearance or sold merchandise and returning it to our warehouse. All furniture must be handled with the utmost care.
  • Additionally, 20% of the time spent will be in the warehouse assisting the warehouse manager and additional associates with incoming and outgoing furniture inspection and assembly.
  • The last 10% of the time is spent delivering furniture to our customers home or performing a service/repair for a customer at their home as needed.



  • A valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • The ability to lift 75 lbs
  • The ability to assemble furniture
  • A set of tools (list will be supplied)
  • Previous furniture experience preferred
