Design Consultant

 

Circle Furniture's Design Consultants have an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for furnishings and design, and love to 'own their business'. They know how to achieve results, appreciate the selling and design process, and value customer service. If you have passion for design and are open to learning about our great products and services, we have a design consultant position available for you! 

  • Build your business by offering excellet customer service to our new and existing customers.
  • Demonstrate design skill, professional communication, and follow-up skills.

  • Must have excellent listening skills willingness to learn and the ability to work independently and within a team.
 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years retail and/or sales experience desirable.
  • Design experience or degree helpful.
  • College degree or college coursework preferred.
  • Ability to dress for success in a showroom environment.
  • Willingness to fully engage in our training program and new design consultation support system.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule which can includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Creative Marketing Associate

Circle Furniture is a thriving family-owned chain of upscale home furnishing stores in Massachusetts and New Hampshire; seeking a versatile design marketing associate to join our growing team. At Circle Furniture, we sell modern, organic, high-quality, sustainable home furnishings for discriminating furniture buyers. We seek a creative individual who is passionate about home design and has experience in digital marketing, social media, and content development. Experience in retail (consumer) or a home or fashion-focused company is preferred.

 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate on and execute the go-to-market plans. You will work with a blended team of in-house professionals and external partners. This is a hybrid position. We work in the office one or two days per week. You will visit stores in the Greater Boston, Portsmouth, NH, and soon-to-be Hyannis locations at least quarterly. You can work from home on other days.

 

Responsibilities:

Digital First Marketing Strategy and Execution. You will be responsible for helping the team launch and maintain our new website built on Shopify, working on content creation and social media to help boost awareness and drive store visits. You will collaborate with with the Marketing Director and team, and help create and execute the omnichannel marketing elements to maximize brand exposure and drive customer engagement for measurable growth.

 

Consumer Engagement: Utilize your past expertise in consumer marketing to better understand our target audience and their preferences. Leverage consumer insights to help develop compelling marketing messages, manage social media and content for all our channels, support partnerships and events and traditional marketing creative assets.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a digital-first marketer focusing on consumer (preferably retail) marketing.
  • Design-focused, highly creative individual with experience with content and social media asset development.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Excellent content development skills including writing, video, building creative assets.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to monitor and measure marketing performance
  • Experience with Hubspot, Shopify, and Google Analytics preferred.
  • Passion for the home furnishing industry and an appreciation for the balance of form and function in furniture design.
  • Excellent writing skills, video development, design skills.

We seek an organized, skilled, and versatile marketing associate with a digital-first mindset to join our growing team. As a marketing associate, you will be important in shaping our brand and driving our marketing initiatives to new heights.

 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate on and execute the go-to-market plans. You will work with a blended team of in-house professionals and external partners.

Collaboration and Relationship Building. You will collaborate with our internal marketing team, organization teams, and external partners to align business objectives with actionable marketing programs with measurable results.

 

KPI Monitoring. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Regularly track, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
