As the Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, dedicated to ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while leading a team of talented sales professionals.

Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and implementing effective coaching plans. You will inspire your team to embrace our values and create a welcoming environment where customers can discover the perfect pieces to enhance their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing store team focused on providing excellent customer service.
