Position title: Accounts Payable & Administrative Coordinator
Department: Finance
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Function: Review, code and input accounts payable transactions for both expenses and merchandise inventory. Direct and coordinate COM upholstery for in-house upholstery orders.
Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility and accountability for processing of all Circle Furniture merchandise inventory and expense invoices by:
Assume responsibility for coordinating COM fabric purchases, distribution and in-house application.
Assume responsibility for leather products warranty program and fabric protection warranty program by:
