Design Consultant
Job Summary:
Circle Furniture is seeking dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded individuals with a passion for design and furniture to join our team as Design Consultants. As a Design Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to grow your business by delivering exceptional customer service to both new and returning clients. You’ll thrive if you’re driven by results, value the sales and design process, and excel in customer relationships.
We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to immerse themselves in our extensive product line and services. If this sounds like you, we have a fantastic opportunity waiting!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and foster relationships with both new and existing customers.
Showcase your design expertise through professional communication, problem-solving, and follow-up.
Demonstrate a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and patience, along with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Listen carefully to clients' needs and collaborate effectively with the team.
Continuously learn about our products and services, applying that knowledge to your design consultations.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of retail and/or sales experience preferred.
Design experience or a degree in design is an advantage.
Professional appearance suited for a showroom environment.
Eagerness to participate fully in our comprehensive training programs and design consultation support system.
Proficient in using computers and learning new software programs.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
