Scheduling a Delivery:

If you received a call that your furniture is ready for delivery, you may reach our Delivery Department,
Monday 9am -2pm and Tuesday- Saturday 9am - 4pm at  978-263-4509 x1

All orders must be paid in full at the time of scheduling the delivery.

For local deliveries, you will receive a call 2 days prior to your delivery date with a 2-hour window of time.

Deliveries changed or canceled within 72 hours of a scheduled delivery will incur a $99 cancellation fee.



Furniture Pick-Ups:

If you choose to pick up your purchase, please call our Warehouse/Main Office (978-263-4509 x 235) in advance so that we may prepare your order.

We Deliver!

Furniture items purchased in our stores can be delivered to the continental United States. Local white-glove delivery is $99 per trip. Some products are required to be disassembled in order to fit into a room or up the stairs and that requires an extra fee. All local deliveries are handled by Circle Furniture and will be scheduled when the furniture has arrived in our warehouse. Long distance delivery depends on location.  Typically it is 14% of the total sale with a minimum delivery charge of $325.  You may contact us for more details or calculate delivery at checkout if shopping online. For accessories, shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will vary between $4.95-$50.

Order Times:

In-stock, smaller items are shipped via UPS within 2 days of placing an order. If merchandise is not in-stock, we will inform you of the estimated lead-time.

When ordering an item online or in the store we will give you an approximate time frame for your order to come in. If there are any changes to that time frame we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note: if your order is not being delivered to our local area there will be additional time needed for delivery. Please call our delivery department for details.

Set-Up and Assembly:

Circle Furniture's white glove delivery service will bring the furniture into your home, assemble as needed and place it where you want. We ask that you clear the area prior to our arrival, as well as any obstructions our delivery team may encounter when carrying the furniture into your home. We are unable to move or remove your existing furniture (except for mattresses if you are receiving delivery of a new Circle Furniture mattress). The Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless will accept donations of furniture in good condition. Contact them at 781-595-7570 x13 or visit for more info.

Fitting In:

We do our best to take every care possible when delivering furniture into your home. It is sometimes difficult to deliver furniture due to the size of doorways, hallways, and stairwells. On a rare occasion, if a piece of furniture is a tight fit we may ask you to approve our attempt to fit your furniture upon the understanding that we cannot be responsible for any damage. We trust you will understand and appreciate these conditions.
