We aim to make the delivery process as seamless as possible. The hard work of choosing your beautiful new furniture is done - the rest is up to us.
Local white-glove delivery is 5% of the order with a minimum of $199 and a maximum of $599. Local delivery encompasses a large area around our Massachusetts and New Hampshire stores. No boxes on your doorstep! We’ll bring the furniture into your home, assemble as needed, and place it where you want.
Local deliveries will be delivered as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. When this happens, you’ll be notified from our Delivery Coordinator to schedule the delivery and make sure you have all the information you need.
Two days before your delivery, we will notify you with a two-hour window of time for the delivery to take place.
Long distance deliveries will be offered to the following states; Maine, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, DC, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Long Distance delivery is minimum of $475, but in most cases require a delivery quote before the order can be placed. Long distance deliveries include bringing the furniture into your home, assembly as needed, and placing it where you want.
Orders cannot be scheduled for delivery unless they are paid in full.
Deliveries changed or canceled within 72 hours of scheduled delivery will incur a $199 redelivery charge.
Rooms must be ready to accept delivery. Delivery service teams cannot move or remove existing furniture.
Delivery teams will not remove, disconnect, or reconnect electronic equipment.
Snow and other obstacles must be removed to allow unobstructed access for the delivery team. Circle Furniture has the right to reschedule the delivery if the delivery team is unable to access the area due to obstruction a $199 re-delivery fee will be charged.
Circle Furntiure reserves the right to cancel and reschedule deliveries during hazardous weather conditions.
Our 3rd-party delivery service is responsible for any damage they caused to your home or furniture. Damage must be reported at the time of delivery to the delivery service team at Circle Furniture and immediately documented. After the delivery is accepted no claims for damage will be accepted.
At the time of delivery, we require someone 18 years of age or older to be home to accept the delivery. If no one is present at that time, a re-delivery fee of $199 will apply.
Deliveries outside of Circle Furniture's local delivery area are subject to different terms and conditions for delivery and service. Long-distance delivery prices depends on location. Please contact us at info@circlefurniture.com for details.
To make the delivery process as smooth as possible, make sure you clear the area before our arrival and remove any obstructions that we might encounter when carrying furniture into your home.
We do not move or remove your existing furniture or wire in any electronic components.
We do our best to deliver your furniture with care. On the rare occasion that a piece is going to be a tight fit through any doorframe, hallway, or staircase, we may ask you to approve our attempt to fit your furniture upon the understanding that we cannot be responsible for any damage. If we are unable to get it into your home, you can reach out to an upholsterer, furniture technician, or hoisting company for further assistance.
If you’re getting a mattress delivered from us, we’ll take your old one and recycle it for a $79 fee. Since this fee is per piece, you’ll be charged two separate fees for a mattress and for a foundation. The same applies to a split foundation, which counts as two pieces.
Please note that we will only remove a mattress if we’re delivering one to you.

If you choose to pick up your purchase, call our Warehouse at 978-263-4509 x 235 in advance so we can prepare your order.
If you'd like to pick up your furniture, you must do so within 30 days of being notified that your order is available.
All pick ups occur at our warehouse at 19 Craig Rd, Acton, MA 01720. We do not schedule pick ups at our stores.
Please contact our warehouse at 978-263-4509 x235 before picking up your merchandise. Pickups without a call ahead may be delayed.
Please notify us prior to pick up if someone other than the person named on the sales receipt will be picking up.
Circle Furniture reserves the right to refuse to load merchandise into or onto a vehicle that it deems unsafe or not suitable for transport.
Customers are solely responsible for the safe securement of merchandise in or onto their vehicle or trailer.
Circle Furniture is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the merchandise is picked up.
