Special orders (items that are custom ordered and aren’t in-stock) can’t be canceled or changed more than 72 hours after placing the initial order. All other returns must occur within 7 days of delivery and will incur a 40% restocking fee. Returns must be in new condition.
What can’t be returned? Mattresses and box springs are non-refundable, and all clearance items are final sale and sold “as is.”
