Order & Return Policy

You should love the furniture you live with. We’re here to support you in making the right decisions for your home. However, if it’s not the right fit, we’ve kept our return policy as straightforward as we can, as a small, family-owned business.

 

Special orders (items that are custom ordered and aren’t in-stock) may only be cancelled or changed within 72 hours after placing the initial order.  A 40% Restocking fee will be incurred after 72 hours.

 

All other returns must occur within 7 days of delivery and will incur a 40% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in original condition to be eligable for a refund.  

 

All orders must be paid in full at time of sale. 

 

We ask that you have your furniture delivered within 30 days of being received in our warehouse.  If not delivered within 60 days of being received at our warehouse, storage charges of $150 per order per month will be applied.  

 

What can’t be returned? Mattresses and box springs are non-refundable, and all clearance items are final sale and sold “as is.”

 

 

The Fine Print:

 

  • Credit card charges are refunded to the original credit card within 14 days of the return.
     
  • Cash and check purchases are refunded by check through the main office.
     
  • Refund requests must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
     
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable, and do not expire.
     
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
