Order & Return Policy

  • SPECIAL ORDERS may not be cancelled or changed more than 72 hours after placing the initial order. What is a special order? Any item that is not in stock.
  • All IN STOCK items may be returned within 30 days in new condition.  Delivery charges are non refundable and pick up fees will apply.
  • Returns of Special Order Merchandise must occur within 7 days of delivery and will incur a 30% restocking fee.  Items must be returned in new condition.
  • MATTRESSESS and BOXSPRINGS are non-refundable.
  • All CLEARANCE items are Final Sale, are sold "As Is" and must  be paid in full at time of purchase.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Please remember we are a local family business, not a big box store. We ask that you do not abuse our policies.  We take pride in offering quality furniture and exceptional customer service so we ask that you treat us with the same integrity.

  • Custom Order deposits are non-refundable
  • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card
  • Cash and Check purchases will be refunded by check through our main office
  • All returns must be accompanied by a receipt
  • Delivery fee is non-refundable and a pick-up fee will apply
  • Outlet and clearance merchandise items are sold "AS IS"  and are final sale.
